Westward 1

Westward 1

Here is one of the golden oldies that will be featured in my new joint show at L’Espacec Point de Vue in Lauzerte (26 April – 5 June). It’s been sitting on a wall in our house here in France for the last five years and this will be it’s first public outing for years and years! It’s big – about 95cm x 75cm – and is printed from a copper plate using three different colours. It has a nickname – the fried egg!!

About rosalind marchant

I am an artist - I am a printmaker and I make abstract etchings. I live in a small village in south west France that is surrounded by miles of varied and colourful landscape ..... which is fortunate because my prints are inspired by the colours and patterns in that landscape.
